Building on an existing platform means we can spend less time (a.k.a. money) on things like programming, and focus instead on making your site look and work at its best. You will be able to easily update your site on your own down the road.

This is a one week design process dedicated solely to you and your project. We'll provide our Web and Type Inspiration Discovery that will help us get to the heart of the story behind your brand, including who you are and who your target audience is. Then, with this sharp focus, we tell your story, visually, bringing your brand to life with a type treatment and well-designed website.

We'll kick off your design week with a 30 minute web and type inspiration discovery call. Note: All your content (images and copy) are due ONE WEEK PRIOR to the date you choose below. An initial retainers fee of $1,200 is due to hold your project spot and the remainder $1,200 is due on the Monday of your design week.
Once you book your design week, that means we are dedicated to your job. The retainer fee is non-refundable to make sure that we honor the schedule we've set aside just for you, our team and for our other clients.

+ What platform will you use to build my site?
We specialize in creating custom, thoughtfully designed base sites on the Squarespace platform. Building on an existing platform means we can spend less time (a.k.a. money) on things like programming, and focus instead on making your site look and work at its best. It also means you get endless support and video, and will be able to easily update your site on your own down the road.
+ What do I need to have ready before we start?
It is very important to note that we will need all of your content ONE WEEK PRIOR to your design week before we can begin. This includes your brand discovery and web content intake form, as well as images, copy, etc.
+ Who uploads all of my content?
For portfolios, we will add up to three galleries (up to 25 per gallery). For blogs and products, we will add one item. You will learn how to add more, if desired, during our website training call.
+ When will I receive design files?
You will receive the optimized files after the design phase is complete and you may use them within the guidelines outlined. You will not receive font files, simply font suggestion which you can download or purchase online.
+ What about payment?
A 50% retainer is due to initiate the project. The fee holds your project spot. The 50% balance is due on the Monday of design week.
+ How soon can I start?
Our policy is to only take on a small number of clients at a time to ensure quality. It depends on the schedule and how quickly you are able to begin, but we generally book out one month in advance.
+ Type Treatment
A text-only typographic logo. This package includes two different directions and one revision.
+ Web and Type Inspiration Content Brief
Upon signing up, we will send you a Web and Type Inspiration Content Brief. This must be turned in with all copy and images one week prior to your start date.
+ Site Launching Assistance
We will help you go live and do a 30 minute tutorial with you on how to build pages and add products in the future.
