We believe that, done right,
even small things can make
a big difference.
And we like to team up with people who feel the same way. At Honor we work one-on-one with a handful of likeminded clients at a time. Using thoughtful visual branding, powerful photography and a dash of good old-fashioned instinct, we help create strong brands that know their purpose and do their part—no matter how big or small they may be.

Brooke Boling | Creative Director
They say you shouldn’t break the rules until you know them. Brooke certainly knows them. Her career in advertising and photography spans everything from several agencies and record labels to fashion magazines and the Target Corporation. A graduate of the renowned Portfolio Center, Brooke’s design work has won local, regional and national awards and has been recognized in publications like Communication Arts and Archive. Her creativity behind the camera is equally impressive. Brooke’s photography has appeared in Vogue, Real Simple, Travel & Leisure and People, just to name a few.
Although her heart will always belong to the Pacific Northwest, this Seattle native now calls Nashville home. She spends her free time playing music, supporting her community, photographing beautiful things and hanging out with her friends, kids and husband (although not always in that order).
Lauren Ledbetter | Senior Designer
Lauren Ledbetter may not have the accent, but there’s no denying she’s a Southern girl at heart. After graduating from college in Arizona, she headed to Tennessee to continue her love affair with Music City. Needless to say, it was a match made in heaven. Lauren spent the next seven years running her own branding shop and creating award-winning design work.
Now at Honor, Lauren continues to dive headfirst into projects, exploring every single detail before the design process even begins. She never waivers on her belief that design should always be purposeful and smart. In Lauren’s words, “there’s perfect and then there’s next level.”
Today, this fun-loving, Seattle-born free spirit shares her Nashville home with her two golden retrievers. She’s always up for adventure — ready to call shotgun — and forever on a mission to find Mr. Warren G.
Amanda Schlegel | Project Manager
Creative, motivated, and freakishly passionate about organization, this project planning superstar earned her stripes in public relations and digital marketing before finding a love for branding and design. She’s had a hand in everything from identity sessions to website launches for a number of high profile clients like Metallica, Interscope Records, and Walmart. When she’s not talking through strategy and timelines, you can find her enjoying the great outdoors with her husband and two golden retrievers.
